He isn't one Megajoules. He is several. He tanked an entire crate filled with dynamite. Not just one

Unknown, but enough to stomp. You can see Three at least. And cases tend to carry several. I'm iffy if the feat should be considering just wall. I feel Small building. Crates can carry like 50 pounds of TNT on average from what I looked up. Even a pound of them alone justifies a stomp. And it takes 25 to get into Small BuildingZ
