But....this is different

Composite Dio (High DIO with the powers of Part 1 and 3 Dio) vs Composite Jotaro (Part 3/Prime Jotaro that can stop time for 5 seconds), bloodlusted

No High DIO if necessary

Fight takes place in Cairo

Part 3 Jotaro won due to PIS, so an even superior DIO should be easily able to take him down.

If he also has the mentality of Part 1 Dio... then Jotaro loses any chance of victory.

Dio kinda stomps, he's just Jotaro but with more hax and the same powers but better with exception of precision, but that doesn't really matter here.

Should I change it to Bloodlusted High Dio? (No Part 1 Shenanigans)

It'll still be a stomp, if Dio is bloodlusted and gives no care at all to Jotaro's well being (not like he did before) or for fun and all that kind of stuff he'd go straight for the kill and not stand around and have The World have clashes with Star Platinum, and all that, add the fact that Jotaro has 5 comapred to Dio's 9, Jotaro stops time Dio fights him off and for the remaining 4 kills him off or Dio stops time and Jotaro fights him off (aka SP trying to fight off both The World while Dio is trying to kill Jotaro since he's bloodlusted).

If we ignore PIS and have Dio bloodlusted Jotaro ain't winning, Dio would win mid/high-diff.

DIO should win, he was about to cut off Jotaro's head with signboard but Jotaro got saved by Polnareff. Plot shield too strong

Nah wouldn't of mattered, SO still broke the sign and caved a skull in, Jotaro would still lose though.
