Discord vs. Magic Man

To my recollection of what he would do.

Magic man transmutations discord into something like a giant foot. Discord magic says Lol and power nulls.
 
His Magic is from a 2-A, but that doesn't mean his magic is 2-A. Hell, GOLB isn't even 2-A and he's the most powerful character.
 
to destroy two universes you have to cross the axis, you need to destroy space time of one universe to be low 2-C.
 
even is the diference is not cuantifable is still canot anull a character far far far far stronger that him
 
Pure Strength doesn't matter when you are in a realm that actively shuts off your powers, even if you outclass them greatly. unless discord actually has to null the 2-A source of power.
