Doctor Light vs Doctor Doom

Doctors who make it VERY obvious what side they're on. Speed equalized. Both have three years of preperation time and during this time they cannot travel through time. Doom cannot use the Prime Mover, though otherwise they can use anything. Neither have acess to anything above 4-B. Both in the place where they can benefit the most from their prep on Earth (Light in his lab in America and Doom in Latveria). Both have basic knowlage about one another. Both are bloodlusted.

Doom, by virtue of having far better feats of prep than Light. Doombots, sealing, outsmarting some of the smartest people on the planet, etc. Those feats speak for themselves.

With prep, Doom stole High 1-B/1-A powers. Nothing Light has done even comes close. As is, Doom just makes a bunch of PC Doombots as high into 4-B as allowed, researching Light to make stuff to counter anything he can do, and if all else fails, he still has all his own magic and personal suit.

Doom took on the entirety of the Avengers. Most of whom possesses the aforementioned abilities.

Doombots with all the abilities of the power cosmic for 3 years, and 3 years to improve his already busted siphon harness should take care of that.

Considering that he's bloodlusted, this also gives him a lot of time to stock up on adamantium/vibranium stuff, or go steal more of Galactus's tech.

And his AP is MUCH higher then the bots.
