Does Colonel Sanders from I Love You, Colonel Sanders! allowed to add in VS Battles Wiki?

I know Colonel Sanders is already an advertisement character, but Colonel Sanders from I Love You, Colonel Sanders! can be treated as a visual novel character. Since we have three Kool-Aid Man profiles, then here is the question: Does Colonel Sanders from I Love You, Colonel Sanders! allowed to add in VS Battles Wiki?

By the way, for the visual novel character himself, his ability is making great fast food which could be considered as social influencing.
