Depends how outlandish that is for the verse. If it were a verse where those aren't unheard of, then it could grant anywhere from genius to merely above average depending on ubiquity. If it's some miracle invention in a verse previously no more advanced than our irl tech, then it could qualify, but may require more backing feats/statements

Well pretty much nobody in the verse could design something capable of this, and the verse is pretty close to our irl tech, only with basic mechs and ships
