Actually his time stop is near useless as he hasn't shown to use it in combat and hasn't shown to be able to affect the physical world around him

He did poke Luan's Face moving her to the side In the episode where they battle for privileges via having friends with then

But he never shown to use it for combat purposes even then lincoln always flee's from a fight and people stronger than him the halloween special and his many encounters with his sister lynn

he didn'nt do that cuz first of all he was offguard as seen when he was trying to push the Candybag with Clyd and he was planning on tricking the bullies instead of fighting to Lucy's Haunted Special in Halloween Special

For Lynn's Case why does he need to when He's dealing with his sister's on a daily basis who wouldnt go too far

True and since the scenario's in combat lincoln would just not use it and its been a very long time since the times stop has been shown, besides he doesn't have a time stop similar to jotaro or dio or even glomgold who's lasted a whole year and could affect people lincolns is never used for combat maybe for escaping but he'll just run from his enemies

maybe but only for very limited scenario's similar to what dora and scruff mcgruff do

but in terms of combat is kinda weak

Time stop isn't even legit. He says what is shown after he stopped time didnt actually happen. Aka. It's his imagination.

Lincoln is lacking regen, seeing as how he was perfectly fine after being covered in cuts, bruises and a black eye in the money search episode, and in the halloween episode he instantly reshaped himself after having his body twisted

but its very minor regen and its very inconsistent since in the pranking episode he didnt regen from any of his cuts and bruises

Tbf you could say that for every other cartoon character (Spongebob has mid-high regen but didn't regenerate from slipping on an ice cube in the Weenie Hut Jr episode, Peter Griffin has mid regen but didn't regenerate from having his fingers blown off by fireworks, Daffy Duck has mid-godly but it didn't protect him from being decapitated in one comic, etc)

Long as it's consistent enough, and it fits their characters

Example. Hank having High regen wouldn't make sense given the shows nature

But Spongebob would

Lincoln's show is grounded to reality. But not entirely too the point that he isn't allowed toon force
