Does this count as layered conceptual manipulation

So the Mc fights a robot capable of adapting to anything even his conceptual manipulation, light and darkness

At first the robot isn't even effected by it until he evolves making his conceptual manipulation even stronger than before, the robot gets damaged but to it again adapts again. It damages him and makes him unable to regenerate even when he has high godly regen at this point of the story.

They fight again later in the story and he evolves even further developing his divinity into a providence , stating the his ability ignores all resistances and defences and is now able to permanently kill the robot.

Another note: after this his state's that deities that also have providences can kill him instantly even with his high godly regen

But he evolves yet again and can resist and tank shots against deities that have providences too.

Also would it count as layered high godly regen too?
Possibly, it seems to imply that it has reactive evolution that gives it layered abilities & resistances.
Also another thing since he could resist other deities providence, he should get resistance to resistance negation right?
Idk...resistance to resistance negation sounds kind of oxymoronic, but its possible.
