Does this count as Matter Manipulation?

So in Murder Drones, Disassembly Drones can regenerate themselves and revive upon death so long as they have enough material stored in them. Said material can be harvested from Worker Drones, but in order to actually regenerate, I'd imagine they'd have to morph that material into whatever part they're regenerating. You simply cannot regenerate a head using just a hand without breaking it down and reconstructing it into the neccessary part, that would just leave a hand hanging at your neck. Does this act of morphing the materials they have stored up into the part they're regenerating count as Matter Manipulation or is it something else?
