Doom driven slayer vs goddess of death

Hela has higher AP, much higher skill and agility, can spam her Necroswords, which would actually affect the Doomslayer unlike his weapons which wouldn't even sting Hela, giving Hela a range advantage, which is added onto via levitation.
I don't believe Doomslayer actually has 4 Megatons, nor do I think he's able to use all power ups at once, correct me if I'm wrong on that. But even if he does, if 4 Megatons is all he goes up to, then Hela would outclass him in every other aspect. Going with Hela for now.
