Illusion Creation: Can create holograms of himself in order to distract enemies.
Teleportation: Via Personal Teleporter.
Explosion Manipulation: Easy enough, he has explosives.
Electricity Manipulation: Has a gun that shoots electricity.
Energy Projection: His weapons manipulate several different forms of energy.
Fire Manipulation: Some weapons can be set to incendiary rounds (Hellshot, for example).
Armor Piercing: Some weapons like the Heavy Assault Rifle pierce armor.
Double Jump: Canonically uses rockets to achieve double jump.
Magnetism Manipulation: The Gauss Rifle fires metal spikes at immense speeds to impale enemies via magnet technology.
Aura: Gauss Cannon shots deal damage to those around them, too. It has an AOE effect to it. Siphon Grenade also takes up some amount of aura.
Dunno what power this would be, but the Gas Grenade can create a concealing Smoke Grenade.
Pseudo-Flight: Lateral thrusters grant pseudo-flight.
Soul Manipulation: The Reaper fires tortured souls for ammo.
Forcefield Creation: Via Shield Wall. He makes a shield wall. Self explanatory.
Healing: Siphon grenade heals the user. Also there is a powerup that heals people.
Enhanced Senses: Via Threat Sensor and Threat Pulse. It detects enemies.
Rage Power: Berserk Sphere. Read up.
Seems like Rage Power to me.
Invisibility: I distinctly remember the ability to go invisible via power up, though it has been awhile since I played.
