Stella's phantom form causes massive issues if Gardevoir attempts to play the range game, made even worse by Stella's speed amp on her already higher speed
 
Stella via speed, I don't think Gardevoir can pull out any of her stuff before getting deleted by PF.
 
SoL with a 6x amp would be enough to get a least a hit with a large AoE attack, and with phantom form a fatal area hit is enough.
 
With the speed amp the speed gap is honestly not a huge issue. And she spams AoE in character so Gardevoir needs some extremely strong range counters against her.
 
No. It's meant as a defense mechanism to prevent students from getting severely hurt in arena fights, (Though students can turn it off if they want to be dicks)

It might not be enough, Phantom form is very potent, even with high resistance to pain and such it knocks you out.
 
Seems good, can't really put Phantom form in a numbers based system really but if that is wrong, Earl prolly has the scans anyway.

Speed advantage is still a problem and she can and will nuke.

Actually that's "Rel to SoL to FTL". But doesn't make a difference. Stella nukes, sees it doesn't hurt, then nukes again but this time without phantom form.
