Dragonoid: Massively Upscales from At least 2 universes (I don't have a doctorates in Bakuganology, so I'm not going to attempt an exact scaling with that many keys right now. He seems to scale up a lot from two universe feats such as Naga fusing two universes, Infinity Drago stopping two universes from collapsing, and his fight with Phantom Dharak threatening to rip the universe in half)
Superboy Prime: At least 3 universes (≈Pre-Crisis Superman≈Harbinger's Clone who merged 3 universes and defeated a weakened Monitor, comparable to Supergirl who forced the Anit-Monitor to retreat)

It's been years, but can we still talk about this versus threat? Both characters are still 2C. Only Drago now has 6 universe Ap. Maybe this will cause a stomp.
