Dreadpool vs Prometheus

Two physically 9-A characters who can achieve 4-B with enough preparation, and both have defeated entire groups of heroes rather easily. I thought it would make for a good match. Both combatants have full knowledge and let's say a month of preparation and access to all their equipment. Speed is equalized.

Depends on the universe the battle takes place.

Prometheus can hit harder than Dreadpool and has a wider range of abilities than him. With prep, he can download intel on Dreadpol directly into his brain and predict his every move. Plus, Prometheus has shown to have no trouble incapacitating people with crazy regen, such as Plastic Man and Martian Manhunter, not mentioning that he can BFR Dreadpool in the Phantom Zone with the Cosmic Key or warp him out of space-time like what he did to Star City. If the battle took place on the DC Universe, Prometheus would win.

However, if it took place on the Marvel Universe, there's nothing stopping Dreadpool of using Puppet Master's puppets and making Prometheus kill himself.
