Early Game Rosalyn and End Game Okage Characters Speed Upgrade (Massively Hypersonic)

Rosalyn is classified to be Master of the Lightning Rapier which is referring to the Sparkling Rapier which is classified to pierce with lightning speed and in game it legitimately boosts her agility. Beiloune classified everything in his world to function under that classification. If he classifies you as powerless, you would lose all your power. He classified the Sparkling Rapier that fast so it's not a statement as somthing under a classification is bound by law and fate to be that.

This would make Early Game Rosalyn Subsonic with Massively Hypersonic Combat Speed with Sparkling Rapier (The Sparkling Rapier boosts her agility and is classified by Beiloune to pierce with lightning speed)

End Game Characters would scale off of Beiloune who would be Massively Hypersonic (Empowered himself with the full limits of "Classification" which classified the Sparkling Rapier at the speed of Lightning)

Also Beiloune's classifications are literal, he classified objects to be seperated from the main universe and into his pocket dimension and it literally happen so this isn't just hyperbole.

I'm... iffy. Just "lightning speed" can easily be flowery language.

Well all of Beiloune's classifications are literal. He classified people and objects as specific things and they followed those exact classifications so I don't see it as flowery language if everything he classifies is exactly that. Beiloune should obviously know what lightning is but I do see you're point.
