Depends on how the Penguin's digestive system works. Does it have a stomach that requires it to swallow and digest things like normal? Is its stomach actually just a big pocket dimension like Kirby's? Does whatever it eat immediately get wiped from existence after being absorbed into its body? Because I doubt it has the same physiology as the Grey Goo.
