I was on El Tigre's page and realized that it's become outdated. Now because El Tigre was a crazy show back in the day, there are exceptional feats he has. In fact here are some examples right here:

With this what tier do you think he should be in?

This is impossible to qualify given the lack of links or annotations saying where the feats come from.

Can you find videos of where the best feats come from? You can then use this (following its rules) to request calcs being made about those feats, other users will then evaluate those calcs and, if they are not outliers, the profile will be able to have the stats given in the results.
