lifting strength dont matter much here neither, i also dont really think skill matters all that much, she would have to rely soley on her lasers, she tries to grapple or use her swords shes getting shocked and pushed back.

I used beacon version, in this version she doesn't have electricity absorbing

I guess she can only use her lasers then since physicals will lead to her being shocked, seems like she has the range advantage so if she can maintain her distance I could see her winning unless Electro can react to or absorb her lasers.

ap and dura advantage, most of penny's weapons being useless, a electric forcefield, experience fighting fast and agile opponents, experience in general tbh, absorption to amplify his stats and healing. up to a point peter fears that heroes that are put in a much higher regard than spider-man would not be able to beat him, atleast not easily.
