Ichigo has the advantage in every aspect. Emperor has time manipulation but Ichigo has higher ap. Ichigo would probably win with a well timed gran rey cero.

well, you can think those are huge advantages, Ichigo can absorb energy (aka magic attacks) and in this form should be > Mateus in AP.

I will explain how I believe this goes:

Does Mateus have the tools to win? Yes. Mostly thanks to time acceleration, slow. Blinding ichigo would do nothing as the guy can sense spiritual energy (and this mateus is kinda the king of the afterlife so ichigo shouldnt have a problem sensing him).

How can ichigo win? Smashing Mateus with a Gran Rey Cero in the face before slow and haste take effect. His true bankai should be far above 29 exatons, while the emperor is sitting on 32 exatons, so the AP and speed are in his favor. If Mateus doesnt lead with time hax, Ichigo will just cut him in half at the beginning of the match. If mateus does start with time hax, ichigo becomes slower, but to an unknown degree, so we cannot rule out the possibility of ichigo landing a lucky hit.

Then again, getting close to ichigo to take advantage of the life-draining properties of his physicals attacks is a very dangerous strategy for the Emperor if you think about what I said in the previous paragraph. Also, as ichigo can absorb the emperor's magical attacks, Mateus will need to apply curse if he wants to cripple ichigo enough for him to overpower strawberry.

Soul hax is useless against ichigo unless you wanna think Mateus will summon ichigo's soul out of his body (which wont happen), The Emperor wouldnt use his dimensional BFR in character as its basically sending the enemy to his own palace.

Considering the emperor is arrogant as **** he will try to start with starfall or something the like to make himself look more powerful than ichigo, leading to his defeat.

That's my reasoning.

Ichigo is above 31 exatons, and can get stronger while fighting and can absorb some of his attacks. According to what pachi, the only way the emperor beat ichigo is to slow down and kill him, but ichigo seems to have more advantage here, in addition he has the shunpo that can give a boost in his speed and his GT, considering also his way of battling it is probable that he does what Pachi said above.

I wouldn't call it a stomp, but Mateus wins rather easily. While his best hax, teleporting his opponents between Heaven, Hell, or Earth, is OoC; his signature attacks are Starfall, Flare, and Holy. Time manipulation also reverses the speed gap. Also, his weakness to Blood Sword is a game mechanic; all characters with a shiton of Hp are vulnerable to Life Absorption physical attacks do to being percentage based or something along those lines.

Should note that the Emperor starts leading with his Life Force absorption attacks once his health gets lower. His Curses lowering Ichigo's strength and durability significantly are another thing that might give the Emperor the win.

As I said before, the only thing that cuts it for Mateus is his time hax and maybe curse hax. His other haxes are either really OoC (BFR), worthless (blinding), dangerous for him (Life force draining that requires physical contact), absorbable (Likely Holy, blaze, maybe Flare?).

Well speed unequalized so Ichigo has speed advantage as he at least 26k mach and blitzed Yhwach. I think mindset would play large role in this match, emperor is to arrogant while Ichigo willing to end match quickly as this emperor is pretty much Yhwach in term of arrogance (or worse). Ichigo's mindset would be "This guy underestimated me, I have to end this quickly" like his fight with Yhwach, and he has the AP and speed to end this quickly since he can oneshot Yhwach twice even when got his power absorbed.

Blinding wouldn't work cuz Ginjo tried something similar and fail. Ichigo still feel pain from optic nerves would not stop him since he can keep fighting while Ginjo slashed his eye, so blinding him is useless.

Life force absorption requires physical contact? That would be difficult for Emperor since Ichigo: 1. Has speed Advantage+Flight+Shunpo to dodge, 2. Even one of his sword strikes can do this and he still has getsuga tensho to keep the emperor at bay, 3 he has AP advantage too as PaChi said above.

Remember Ichigo still has Energy Absorbtion, even if it's kinda slow it'll still help against energy magic based attack. Not to mention Ichigo has fought someone with energy attacks so it's nothing new for Ichigo to dodge energy based magical attacks.

So yeah I can see Ichigo take this because AP, Speed advantage, has means to counter some of Emperor's magic and his character willingness to end fight quckly, since I believe Ichigo can sense Emperor's reiatsu and wil see him as a Yhwach level of threat (Not to mention the similarity between them). And the Emperor's arrogance will be his downfall as that his weakness after all.

Ichigo does not have the Ap advantage in anyway lol. Some people at the top said he'd one shot mateus which is just wank. I dont wanna call them wankers but thats what it is to be honest. He didnt one shot Yhwach either, his profile literally says his guard was done when ichigo cut him. Not to mention time hax which gives the speed advantage to him and takes away ichigo's own speed.

I'm not said Ichigo oneshot here btw. Time hax would good yes if he willing to use it early in the fight which I doubt from what PaChi said above.

Well, Flare, Holy, and Starfall are much grander scale than any Harou seen. Harou's are typically used by characters 6-B and below. Starfall is like a Meteor shower summoned by magic, not saying that's a decided factor, but something to address. Speed and Power aren't That much greater 26,000 isn't that much greater than 24,700.

Blind is useless I agree, but Curse, Haste, and Slow are all useful in Mateus's favor. Emperor's durability is actually a lot higher than his Magical Attack Potency; same thing is arguably said about his physical attacks > magic attacks. And his 5-C feat was done using magic, which the destruction feat with similar to or higher power did 0 damage to the Emperor. And yeah, his health absorption is done using his strikes mainly, but it's like super fast. Each strike is like randomly absorbs 15-60% of his opponents life force and absorbs it to his own.

Also, Emperor can still regularly use teleportation to his advantage mid fight. And Ichigo isn't getting passed Emperor's Resurrection.

How do we know his physical strkes > magical attacks if I may ask? Pretty sure emperor is power is based on magic like mage class or something.

I believe 15%-60% stuf is game mechancis. Still, Ichigo has fought someone who is physical strikes is fast before like Ulquiorra and Gin. And that people probably faster than him.

Teleportation via BFR already adressed by PaChi above I believe.

This is ichigo hollow shikai, which is faster than its base form, and using shunpo that can increase its speed, it is quite obvious that it is clearly superior to mach 26k.

Superior mach 26k >> mach 24k

From what I know of the versus rule, both are thirsty to kill considering their personality, so ichigo has more advantage here, aizen had teleportation and gain no advantage with it, emperor is too arrogant to use his time manipulation .

His physical attacks do give more damage than any of his spells do as a boss. It's mostly his human form that's not a physical fighter, his Heaven and Hell forms are adept in both. Palamecia's destruction did 0 damage to the Emperor. And withstood hits from Ultima, which should be much stronger than Flare or Holy.

Exact percentage randomizer, probably game mechanics yes, but so is the weakness mentioned on his profile. But still he does heal health really fast and striking attacks are really potent. Emperor in Hell form, was a great challenge for the combined power of Firio, Maria, Guy, and Leo; all of which are 5-C individually and should each be stronger in terms of AP and Durability than the 32 Exaton feat. Heaven form was also the greatest challenge to the combined strength of Minwu, Scott, Joseph, and Ricard; who fought against Ultima Weapo. Might be an outlier given Dissidia's inconsistencies however; but Everlasting has plans for really big Final Fantasy revisions.

Never used BFR, I addressed it's OoC for him. But he still regularly uses teleportation to dodge attacks in Dissidia iirc; note that Dissidia is canon. Also, actually Mateus uses Time Slow and Haste in battle regularly.

His dual existence as the Light and Dark Emperor makes him difficult to kill. Basically, he switches forms each time he "Dies". Can exist in two places at the same time (Heaven and Hell), I guess that sounds more like Spatial Intangibility than it does resurrection.

And ichigo has flying advantage, which will help him a lot in the fight, and can also stay strong while fighting, he kept up with opponents after power increase, eg: Ulquiorra, Quilge, Byakuya, Kenpachi, Gin and others.
