If someone being small,being hundreds of meters underground,is able to grow and live down there without being damaged for millennia,and grows to a continental size,still underground (supporting the entire continent on top of it, without suffering damages),does that person consider continental class?

You're talking about the Elder God I believe, it would requiere continent level aoe attack if you want to cause considerable damage, but giant beings are as durable as the material they are made of without further proofs.

What durability do you think Elder God has? Not to mention that only multi-dimensional attacks can damage it, since I am updating both Kain and Elder God's profile in Tier and abilities, and building level seems very little (I found a feat that puts the normal Soul Reaver in city block level).

By itself is not that tough, kinda difficult considering it lacks feats, individual tentacles could easily be building level, but it can perform higher showings by using several at once.
