Eragon rather easily. At such distance he can mind **** Guts before he can reach him. Guts has no resistance over magic of Eragon's type so he can't do much. Eragon could just say "Break, Guts leg" and Guts would have to fight with one leg less. Eragon could just stop Guts heart with a death word and it would be game over. In a swordfight i think they are about equals. Guts has faster reactions but Eragon has the wards that casually protect him against Guts level of power.
The huge distance is what gives Eragon the win. He can cast any spell that will cripple or even kill Guts before the latter can reach him. Eragon 10/10.

It's a closer fight but... i still think Eragon wins due to magic, wards, telepathy. If it was a pure swordfight Guts has superior stats and he would have won.
