They seem pretty even, but I think Erza will win mostly because of Ataraxia Armor and possibly Nakagami Armor. Power Nullification and Durability Negation seem pretty OP.

Nakagami armor works only on magic. Kiba uses Demon energy which is expresly different from magic in highschool DXD.

Nakagami Armor: A set of armor Erza had the ability to don once she released her Second Origin. Anyone who is able to wear the armor will be able to dispel Magic and wield a peerless sword. Erza is capable of cutting through space using this armor.

I was just pointing out Kiba can also cut through space. So both can negate durability. Meaning both can do the thing you say Erza wins for.

Things Kiba can do: Fly, Manipulate Air, Ice, "Holy", Fire, Lightning, and Space. Kept fighting with almost his entire body crushed, and many of his bones broken. Can hurt Dragons with his sword. Weapon Creation.

Things Erza can do: Fly, Manipulate Fire, Light, "Electricity", Water, Air and Space. Kept fighting with every bone in her body except for her right arm broken. Can hurt dragons with her sword. Can summon various magical armors and weapons with varied abilities through her Requip magic.

So I see Yuuto Kiba is a male Erza Scarlet.

Erza using the Nakagami Armor is something she rarely does in character. She's more likely to pull out her clear heart clothing rather than that as a last resort.
