can a solar system have an event horizon or is it only a universe and black holes that have event horizons? would an event horizon thats explicitely stated to not be a black hole qualify for a universe?

No, a solar system (like ours with the Sun) does not have enough mass or spacetime curvature.

Not even closeee. Having an event horizon only proves there is a causal boundary in spacetime.
