Pretty sure Rook lolblitzes since he kept up with Mira, who (is presumably) much faster than DBS characters via FW2 being able to (if the player is good enough) WRECK normal DBS characters and yet having trouble with Mira (Canonically)
 
If Goku can blitz Black like he did when he got mad that Chi chi got killed, I think he wins this, but by a hair. Typically I'd say Rook would win, but Goku is friggin' Goku, man. In a real fight, especially one against a Frieza race, who he's fought many times before, I think Goku takes this.
 
"Victory by KO". So that means Rook can't lolHakai. Giving this to Goku via slightly more versatility and experience against Frieza and his race.
