How far can a fully bloodlusted Puff get against all the characters and monsters of the Fallout series? What character could best his reality warping?

Arena: An empty wasteland with both starting off 100 meters from each other

Rules:

Only one character from Fallout at a time, starting with the weakest and going up to the strongest; no outside help; variants of certain enemies can be used one at a time(such as Glowing Deathclaws or Legendary Deathclaws for example)

The Fallout characters are in-character and will fight like how they fight in-game

Puff is able to use all of his abilities in each of these battles. Puff must be killed in order for Fallout to win.

I wanna say that the Courier could kill him via an explosive .50 MG round from an Anti-Material rifle from behind but I'm not sure if Puff has any special awareness abilities.

He doesn't, but I really doubt the Courier would get the chance to get behind Puff before Puff uses his reality warping on him.

I think the vault boy migth be able to take him down, with maxed stats and toon force he is very strong and very hard to kill.
