You have it the other way around. Eric is at least 7-B due to having B rank STR, but Sarmuid is considered 7-A due to clashing equally with other Servants who either are or scale to those in 7-A. The ranks on the Nasuverse page are meant to serve as general guidelines based on set standards, but can be ignored when contradicted by actual feats.
