Brazil vs Norway today. I need y’all to give your pick.

Gabriel and Marquinhos are in good form this WC. Can they stop a Haaland and Sorloth duo? Gabriel, maybe? But Marquinhos is not a physicality merchant. Brazil’s chance creation with Vini from the wing is to be noted. Pedersen is NOT keeping up.

Assuming Martinelli is starting ahead of Neymar, most likely, he’d start as a box-to-box and would be involved in the attack once again, since he loves crashing the box. Casemiro is a good anchor man for Brazil, and he’s played decently in the last 3 games. But Berg is generally more defensive, and makes more forward passes. Odegard would genuinely be the better playmaker on the pitch. He’s had great form, and has given an assist or scored a goal in all matches he’s started this season. I’d take Rayan over Sorloth as a RW, since Sorloth often drifts inside to support the 9. That’s why it’d be overwhelming for Marquinhos and Gabriel.

Yap aside, if Brazil picks up a perfect harmony in this match it’s over for the Vikings. But generally I want Norway to win because I wanna see KLOL crash out, so my money’s on them.

Naturally, I would say Brazil. But, kinda wanna see some surprises, so Norway might cooking something.

FULL TIME !!!
🇧🇷 1 - 2 🇳🇴

Goodbye Brazil.
Brazil was weak asf with barely any advances on the adversaries, even our commentators were pointing that out the entire time. They gave way too much space to Haaland and didn't focus on the pressure

And wasted so many chances they had.

From the Morocco match, it was rather obvious that Brazil couldn't cope with teams that can actually play
They had a natural advantage against Japan (the latter being short)
That being said
Bruno G scores that penalty/Endrick doesn't forget how to shoot and we'd be having a different conversation

Haaland every time he meets Gabriel

Remember Japan also began rescinding possession after they scored. In addition to your point of height advantage as such Japan could not win their aerial duels. Brazil had their opportunities but such is football.

Literally most boring ass match oat.

Two of the best midfields in the world using the best tactic of passing it sideways so your opponent gets light-headed or sum shit ig

Genuinely decided to only attack when they went down, and didn't even bother getting Goncalo Ramos on. (yk? the player who actually knows how to score late into a game)

Martinez is genuinely so horrible at his job.

Portugal were genuinely lucky to get away with anything here
Croatia conceded an unforced corner that led to the penalty

That and a Costa masterclass
Back to back to back top quality saves
Until yesterday/today, aside from the stat pad sesh against Uzbekistan, they've only scored 1 goal in the whole tournament. And it's not as if the forwards were wasting chances
Even today was more of individual brilliance than a methodological approach
They deadass scored all their goals the moment martinez removed Vtinha and Bruno
As I was saying

Genuinely dreadful game for neutrals
