Flash (CW, Season 2) Vs. Sayaka Miki

Hmmm this is a tough call to make. On one Hand the flash has an overwhelming speed advantage against Sayaka, on the other hand Sayaka has a bunch of hax that could end the Flash if he makes the wrong move. And see does have regen that could help her to outlast the Flash but again on the other hand if the battle gets desperate enough then Flash could time parody this form of Sayaka.

So I give this to the flash via his Speed, and Time hax he could use if he can't put Sayaka any other way.
