Flowey could affect the Undertale cutscene and after it he called it as ''My World'' and had total control of it

even if he altered the cutscene I don't think what he changed it to actually affected the world, since "they all disappeared without a trace" obviously implies they all feckin died considering how much of a damn sadistic psychopath flowey is, and obviously the characters are still alive since they sent you a phone call message and it's also way too short a time frame after asgore died for them to have found out and just send the phone call message before they died or something like that

and I'm pretty sure for it to count as plot manipulation it would have to actually change what happens

I wouldn't mind adding it as minor Plot Manip, because it's very minor. Otherwise nothing.
