force required to bend steel bars in this video

Welp, SA use 3000 lbf as the minimal force requiered, tho it seems pretty low for me, but not sure.

so what would that be, wall level or street level

No way to transform force to energy, not in this case. I personally prefer it in this way, but most likely is at least mid-way Wall level.
