His range for teleportation probably wouldn't allow that. Jason's teleportation is very short range iirc.

Idk where Jason gets Regen, Type 2 Immortlity, or Stealth Mastery comes from, but to be honest, none are much of a factor in the fight. Freddy simply has better range, and can just cause Jason to fall asleep and attack, fall asleep, attack, repeating till he wins. Jason's buffs don't matter if he isn't awake to use them. Plus Freddy could just make Jason sleep and then BFR him or make a furnace and incinerate Jason.

Jason does have Type 2 from pulling out a knife out his throat, his stealth mastery comes from an ending scene where he kills some teens, and regen comes from the first example I just said.

Freddy's sleep manip is a projectile that comes from above so Jason may not expect that from him when Fred starts waving his hand.

Also while both have teleportation, Freddy has much better options such as ranged attacks including one that comes from below and above, something Jason wouldn't see since he obviously can't see in third person view. Jason's only ranged options are teleportation and machete toss, but the machete needs to travel a distance while Freddy's spikes just appear in Jason's current location.

Power null isn't a problem since it doesn't take away all of his special abilities, so that's out.

Damage boost isn't useful since surviving Freddy's ranged attacks is what matters here, while Jason does have immortality, he can just send him in a furnace and seal him there while he keeps burning (idk why does fred not have Sealing) or BFR him using portals. Plus Jason being a melee fighter is going to be a problem for himself. Sure, he can just teleport but Freddy can do it too.
