Bambina is faster but Frieza in his final form has more DC at "Small Star Level". I think Bambina has a chance because he is faster, but Frieza would win eventually.

Frieza with relitive ease bambina is planet level at full power First form frieza is kinda casually large planet while bambina is faster Friezas durability and power make up for it
