Pretty sure Frieza stomps due to sheer AP advantage.

Frieza stomps. He scales considerably above Post-ToP SSB Goku who was stronger than UIO(1) Goku (Who is stronger than the spirit bomb) whereas Kefla was comparable to the Spirit Bomb. Goku then limit broke twice from UIO and MUI which would logically scale him even further.

Frieza also deemed Broly as the most powerful opponent he has ever faced when Toppo stomped Frieza in under a minute and lost to SSBE Final Explosion when SSBE is comparable to SSBKKX20 Goku (which was after he fought Kefla and was > UIO(1) in just Blue).

So, basically. Frieza scales above somebody who is 20 times UIO(1) at a minimum. When Kefla was only comparable to the Spirit Bomb.

Frieza is also a far more experienced and diverse fighter. So, yeah. I overall give this all to Frieza. If SS Broly takes over an hour to put him down (when Broly is stronger than GoD Toppo and arguably LB Jiren based on statements) then I don't see what Kefla is meant to do.

Frieza can outlast Kefla's fusion. He survived Broly for an hour. Kefla defuses long before she can take down frieza.

And this is assuming their AP is similar, which isnt even the case.
