Full Monster Garou should scale higher than Orochi

Hello. The current full Garou Monster is "possibly" higher than Psykorochi through some scaling. However, this is only "possible", his normal level is much lower than even the normal Orochi.

First, the justifications for Garou's levels need to change a bit. He has the following written:
Continent level, likely at least Multi-Continent level+ (Sliced Sage Centipede in half. Grew even stronger after his monsterization increased and he transformed twice), up to Multi-Continent level, likely higher with Reactive Evolution (After transforming once again, he slammed into the Earth, pushing the Earth's inner layers)
This part:
up to Multi-Continent level, likely higher with Reactive Evolution (After transforming once again, he slammed into the Earth, pushing the Earth's inner layers)
It seems like they forgot to write "Possibly at least Multi-Continent+", because it should scale many times higher than its earlier stage, making it colossally stronger than Psykorochi at the peak of his powers, and not the usual Multi-Continent level.

However, I would like to talk about something else.

Gyorou Gyorou says that Garou has the potential to surpass Orochi. And twice. And he is absolutely confident in his words.

Garou went through full monstrification and reached his peak, when he cannot become stronger. I think that would be a good excuse for him to be "at least higher than Orochi, maybe a level higher than Psykorochi."

I disagree. As Damage said above, Psykos was unaware of Orochi's full power meaning that any direct scaling between Garou's full monster form and Orochi doesn't work.
