Which L-Drago is this first off? Because this depends A LOT. Lightning and Meteo both have 4-A ratings.

Also, doesnt 4-A FW2 have some hax taken away as 4-A? He only has Mid-Godly regen when using Future Zamasu's super soul IIRC, and Zamasu only has mid-godly regen when in tier 2.
