Garou vs Sonic the Hedgehog

Well, this is an interesting matchup.
The first thing to knock right off the bat is AP, Striking Strength, Durability. Now both Sonic and Garou have the same AP and Striking Strength, so there AP, Striking Strength, Durability are there the same so Garou Reactive Evolution and Stat Amping could give him the win if Sonic screws around for a bit.
The second thing to knock off is Hax. Now Sonic has a ton of Hax that could Garou the slip (Gravity Manipulation, BFR, Time Manipulation, Explosion Manipulation, Teleportation, and body control). but many of those Hax that isn't Time Manipulation and BFR would be negated over the course of the fight due to Awakened Garou fast reactive evolution, and Martial Arts skills definitely give Sonic a hard time in battle. Add that with Stat amping and Garou could potentially win if Sonic doesn't go all out.
Now let's talk about weakness and intelligence because that plays the key role in who would win. Now first off while Garou has a fast Reactive Evolution and Stat Amping but it does have its limits (I.E people who have a wide Gap in power, or the fact it slowly turns him more into a monster then Human). While Sonic is Cocky (To what degree I admittedly don't know), his time stop also slows him down as well but it does give him more time to think. Intelligence wise I say that Sonic does have the Experience advantage and he is a pretty skilled acrobatic which could give Garou the slip early on in the fight. But Garou has a knack for analyzing opponents fighting styles quickly and forming a counter to that in a short span of time or using that against them, add that with his raw skill advantage and Sonics early experience advantage goes down the drain
In the end, I could see this battle swing either way but until more info on Sonics personality is presented I will go for Garou here because of how his Evolution would knock down many of the none weird abilities Sonic has in his arsenal and how his body would continually amp itself over the course of the fight. Also, Garou's vastly Superior martial arts (AKA Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist) and stolen techniques could match if not surpass Sonic own martial arts prowess.
