Grievous can keep contend with people in Tier 6A, so it's not really an issue.
Grievous easily blitzes, btw. He's dozens of times faster and Alice can't even react to his speed.

Alice, if I'm not mistaken, can see the future and its possible outcomes regarding this particular fight. I'm of the mind that even if she foresaw every single movement Grievous could make, she still would not be able to touch him, as his reaction time and speed proved ample enough to challenge the greatest force users in the Star Wars universe.
Even if she did touch him, I do not believe she is physically capable of landing a noticeable hit on Grievous. I'll even go so far as to say that it's implausible the armor he dons would even be scratched by her diamond complexion, considering that it can withstand starship-caliber blasterfire.

I had myself a proper laugh when I realized you were actually talking about Alice Twilight and not Alice (from the Twilight series). At any rate, I still think the good general will take this as a victory.

fun fact i was thinking about this exact fight in bed and i dont knowk this i really close i would have to lean twords grevious hes smarter, faster, has a frontal attack denial and is stronger but alice isnt far behind and she does make up for it with better range, reflexes, and has more skill dealing with fast opponents
