Generally speaking, how much staff approval is needed to apply a CRT?

Depends. For simple revisions like minor changes, 1 seems enough. For upgrades, I would say 3-ish. For tier 1 upgrades... Well, idk, a lot more. But 5-7 IMO should work

Yeah those seem right, is always dependent on how influential the CRT will be
