With slightly superier speed and attack potency, Hikage has this in the bag. Both of them are just as skilled with their blades I can admit, but it wouldn't really require Frenzy Mode to take on Toko at her most bloodlusted

She would probably get the advantage if she somehow tags her and tears off her clothing.
