Novokitezhgrad Info

Given that Novokitezhgrad, a city of Snezhnaya famous for its liquor and mining industry, is located southeast of Snezhnograd, this is implying that the West, Mount Esus and (possibly) the connection to Mondstadt will be unlocked with Novokitezhgrad. This is simply because of the trail from Nasha Town to Novokitezhgrad mentioned by Tolfin in 6.0.
The Blackcliff Forge area is also famous for its mines, so maybe they'll include it as part of the focus on mining and unlock the South.

Even the Shades have control over this border, just like how the Author of Vera's Melancholy, who is an interstellar traveler, got trapped by Asmoday here when they arrived at the border, and Asmoday told the border authorities to not speak with this author.

I've said it many times that this "Border" cannot be referring to the false sky. Because, why the fck would the false sky needs this process to go through it? You need to filled forms after forms, and you have to keep this "Border Pass" Book so you can go in and out of the border.

He lowkey right. Dyou know why there's no abyssal corruption on the Frost Moon even if when its outside of the false sky for thousands of years? It's because of the Heavenly Principles.
Who created a border to block most of the Abyssal Energies from the universe to enter to Teyvat? Heavenly Principles.
And who hid Teyvat from the rest of the universe by making a shield that influenced the entire universe so Teyvat not getting exposed? Heavenly Principles. Even Columbina was afraid that Teyvat might get exposed.
So, despite them sometimes being piece a shit, they did protect the whole world. Unlike Nibelung who went to the universe, back again with abyssal power and turn the moon into a weapon to literally destroy Teyvat.

The Dragons were never capable of accomplishing what Phanes did. He perfected what they had failed to achieve.
One of the clearest examples is Irminsul. Originally, it was nothing more than an ordinary tree, but Phanes transformed it into the world's information management system, using it as one of the mechanisms for governing fate itself.
Phanes also created and modified the Ley Lines. Even Kukulkan admitted that the Dragons were unable to fully comprehend how the Ley Lines functioned.
Beyond that, Phanes created the False Sky—something the Dragons themselves failed to accomplish. He even manipulated the cosmos cognitive perception to conceal Teyvat, another feat the Dragons could not achieve.
Fundamentally, it is Phanes who made Teyvat capable of surviving until the present day. Without the systems he established, Teyvat would likely have long since been consumed by the Abyss.

This is also said in the recollections, that Varka and Arlecchino were definitively amped by Nicole, it makes a lot of sense because her playable role is to amp other characters statistics.
