The time travel stuff was even not done by Jonny himself, but other GRs, so is unlikely to come in play.
Night seems to hold an advantage here in terms of offence, having the range on his side, being able to ignore Dura in a pair of ways, and 3x times stronger.
Meanwhile, GR is better when it comes to defenses, he can resist plenty of Night's haxxes, has superior regen, Type 8 immortality to resurrect, a limitless stamina, and Stats reduction to handle attacks.
It comes down if Nigh can devour his soul before Jonny outlast his stamina and use the Penance Stare, tho I would not be suprised if Ghost Rider had some feat of resisting soul damage somewhere in the comics, but until prove is proven, he gets spiritually damaged.
I will go with Inconclusive.
