Note: Godzilla vs. Thor is not canon to Marvel’s main continuity (Earth-616). In the story the events in the comic don’t align with established Marvel continuity, which further supports that it’s a standalone story rather than part of the main universe.
The GMK Godzilla movie can be considered canon to the Godzilla vs. Thor crossover because the version of Godzilla portrayed in the story directly reflects the GMK incarnation, both in design and characterization. His white, ghostly eyes, vengeful nature, and supernatural origin are consistent with the GMK depiction rather than any other version of the character. Numerous elements of the film's plot are recounted in Godzilla vs. Thor:
Therefore, GMK Godzilla will get two new keys (Post-Resurrection and God Butcher).

- Stated to take place 20 years after Godzilla's defeat in GMK.

- Godzilla was stated to be stronger than he was in GMK.
- It is stated that the story uses GMK Goji.
Therefore, GMK Godzilla will get two new keys (Post-Resurrection and God Butcher).

Post-Resurrection Godzilla:
- At least Multi-Continent level (High 6-A) AP/Durability (His battle with Thor shook the continents and threatened to destroy the Earth, which could yield this much energy. Base Thor rammed Godzilla through a planet, which yielded this much energy. Can withstand attacks from Thor)
- At least Multi-Solar System level+ (4-A) AP/Durability (Odinforce (All-Father) Thor summoned every storm in the entire universe to him and combined them all into a superstorm the size of a galaxy, threatening to tear himself to pieces in the process, but this still wasn't enough to kill Godzilla the God Butcher. God Butcher Godzilla is so durable that it took the combined power of every storm in existence, a power equivalent of galaxy worth of energy, to destroy both All Father Thor and Godzilla together, which yielded this much energy), higher with Necrobreath
- Infinite speed (Comparable to Thor, who flew between realms)
- At least Multi-Stellar LS (Comparable to Thor, who can lift and move the All Storm, which is composed of every storm in existence and is the size of a galaxy, which requires this much force)
- Possibly All-Black the Necrosword (Given that the events of Jason Aaron's Thor and Punisher runs are implied to have happened within the comic, and it is connected to Jason Aaron's Thor run, Godzilla should have the abilities granted by the sword)
- Space Survival (Can survive in the vacuum of space)
- Empowerment (Godzilla is empowered by All-Black the Necrosword. Using this he can emit a combination of his Atomic Breath and the Necrosword's abilities, known as the Necrobreath)
- Infinite Stamina (Fought Thor until the end of time)
