Well first of all what's Taiga's AP level?

Yamcha scales to Time Breaker Bardock (Who doesn't have a profile on here) and Past Xeno Goku of unknown form (Which is assumed to be base).

Oh, okay well Yamcha AP stomps since she scales from 13.772 billion universes + Unquantifiable/Unknown amounts of Multiverses/Timelines and a massive scaling chain while the person Yamcha scales to has a long chain of superiors with the person at the bottom being able to destroy multiple Clusters with each Cluster having endless possibilities that increase ad infinium.

Taiga's win condition here is her hax, which consists mostly of Soul Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, Fear/Pain Manipulation, and Time Manipulation. Yamcha largely lacks resistances for all of these, so these will be her go-tos.

Her Precognition is going to be thrown for a loop here since Yamcha's Spirit Ball is able to spontaneously jump space no matter where it is, creating unpredictability and he's able to Danmaku Spirit Balls.

So basically this is AP vs Hax.

If Yamcha so much as touches her, he wins.

If she's allowed to throw out hax first, she wins.

I'm not sure who'd do either first since Yamcha is very, VERY inclined to KO/Kill a person the moment a battle starts (Mostly due to him being self-conscious at how weak he is and not wanting to lose to a weaker enemy). I'm assuming Taiga is also very inclined to start with Hax seeing as she's a Goddess of Creation in this.

So Inconclusive?

Edit: About her passive Freeze Aura, Pretty much everybody and their mothers can break out as their physical body's condition has no bearing on how they utilize their Ki, so they get frozen and they immediately break out by re-heating themselves with their Ki bursting.

How would she do any of this if a Spirit Ball is just spawned on top of her like he normally would? Like imagine this but the ball is teleporting and there's 8 more of them is what I'm tlaking about. Being smart is well and all but the whole point of this enhanced Spirit Ball is throw off smart people like Taiga (It's noted that Yamcha is praised even by the verse's Top-Tiers). Also Yamcha's technically smarter given the ratings of Intelligence.

Teleportation would be useful if she would be able to react in time but I have a sneaking suspicion that no matter how intelligent you are, you'd find difficulty timing your teleportations when a spirit ball can literally teleport a single mm away from your face.

Portals are less useful since you actually have to go through it.

Cutting Space is again, less useful since the whole 1mm away from your face deal.

Yamcha isn't a higher dimensional being, not sure why that would help?

The problem still revolves around "Even with Precognition and Instinctive Reaction, how will you deal with an energy ball spawning a millimeter, half a meter, a centimeter, you don't know, away from your face?" Also your precognition needs feats, so... please do that.
