i vote for captain lou because of his reaction speed and stamina now hank doesn't have alot to hit mario with because of reaction speed sure he has alot better aresonal, land speed,durability and strength but i can't really see hank hitting mario that much because of his very high reaction speed and mario can hit hank and do some damage. Mario can also tire out hank and get some really good hits on him.
