Does Doom get prep time?

doom takes saitama potenetce and any hype and etc from saitama and all
but still in battle with saitama doom has his saitama potence and and hype and etc DOOM has ALL saitamas powers and he can power up them in like innumerable infinities and more )
doom no needs to have prep to be prepared
so still he has it
and saitama potence and hype and etc not working on doom he is beyond powers like this (
and doom has manipulation of logic and common sence in any in any sense of the scale and and etc ( DOOM can use vs debating logic against him for eample )
and etc
and saitma its only - 1 tier DOOM its beyond any tier characters liek beyond memetic and Higher
basically doom will mentally multiplied by zero Saitama
and countless of saitams and more He spit on his finger
and if u want doom can summon zombie saitama protence (any quantity) and power up them in countless times and more they too will ( be immune to saitama protence and etc ) to fight saitamaprotence and etc
basically doom snaps his fingers and saitam will die ( THERE IS NO ESCAPE ) or somethink like that
and the last DOOM alredy easily beated ALL saitamas in all ficitosn fan fictions reallity and etc In all universes, realities, time and continiums, at the same time, and etc ( in solo and with no prep and etc )
