Currently Hulk doesn't have 1-A range, meaning he can't affect Godzilla's true form.
Godzilla also has WAY better speed.
Even if Hulk somehow managed to get to the same area as the true form he has no 1-A resistance to Absorption and Mind hax (I think? Not sure about mind hax) and thus he'd get mauled.
Additionally there's no way for Hulk to put down Godzilla's avatars for too long since they can basically reform from nothing.

There's other factors to consider but one thing for sure is, this isn't a good match. Specifically because one, herald profiles are gonna be revised and two, I am gonna revise Godzilla soon, adding many things.
In short, this match is kinda pointless at the moment as neither character is at their best right now.

No, Godzilla gets clobbered. Arceus has transduality, abstract existence ect. + 1-A concept hax and overall power.
