didn't they oneshot the dimension? iirc they were destroying the giant pillars not dimensional walls. in the end once they punched each other really hard thats when the dimension broke.

It sounds kinda like they broke through into the space between dimensions, did some damage to various other dimensions close by, and eventually ended up back where they started. Not sure how to quantify destroying the entirety of it though, unless it counts as completely separating their dimension from the multiverse.

there's no proof it's higher dimension, and no proof the dimension are bigger than the regular universe, so it's not an upgrade for them. only think you get out of it is that Gogeta and Broly can BFR characters to other dimensions

Problem is Broly and Gogeta busted the dimension and the dimensional walls, while Gotenks and Buu just blew a small hole into the walls to travel between dimensions.
