Bloodlusted gogeta would probably just spam instant transmission whilst charging up a full powered big bang kamehameha. Ghost rider would need to close the range before he could hax blitz. Also speed now equalized.

Gogeta only has to ko him, not kill him for good. Penance stare is unlikely to work due to resistance, ghost rider's profile say his range is limited to ten meters or several dozenz with chain so if that's the case then he cant really close the range, especially if gogeta utilizes IT.

What resistance? Gogeta hasn't resisted anything like the Penance stare.

Ghost Rider can't be Ko by Gogeta, since a Bloodlusted Gogeta would use his strongest attacks, which would "kill" him, so he ressurects back to life not Ko. Again Ghost Rider could just Travel back in time to kill Goku or Vegeta when they were kids if he wanted to or BFR Gogeta.

Vegeta has resistance to mind manipulation hax etc. so gogeta also has this. How long does his ressurection take to bring him back? If gogeta were to kill him and ghost rider doesn't instantly ressurect then I would consider that a win. What are the limits of GR teleportation, gogeta can also use IT to avoid GR attacks?

Ghost Rider almost killed classic doctor stranger with penance stare I think he'll easily kill easily kill gogeta.

"Almost killed" ... plus first of all he would have to get in range to do that and secondly gogeta would have to actually stare in to his eyes. Also would like to add that if gogeta decides to IT spam from the start then GR is not really going to have the chance to use penance stare which is still unconfirmed if it would work on gogeta.

Vegeta's resistance to mind hax won't really stop the Penance Stare. Gogeta is composed of Goku and Vegeta, and the Penance Stare will reflect all the pain and suffering they've ever dealt to others back onto Gogeta.

Goku's hasn't done that much in this regard. Vegeta, however, has killed numerous people throughout his life, including lots of innocent civillians. He's also more than likely destroyed/razed multiple planets and their civillizations. The guy has got a lot blood on his hands.
