Albedo should one shot him.
All of Teen Ben's aliens scale to 1.04 TeraFoe, and BG scales to MegaFoe, meaning Albedo is more than a thousand times stronger or so.

That without taking into account Big Chill's absolute zero, Goop acid or Hsaur being able to grow ten times stronger if he goes Ultimate, same with Echo Echo.

So yeah, Albedo stomps.
