I think eventually Goku just grabs Mr.Muffin (Who would allow him to do so) and yeet them into space, winning via BFR? In this case Goku wouldn't be trying to kill Mr.Muffin but instead just getting them out of here so the Probability Manipulation shouldn't kick in?

I'm gonna be assuming that Goku attempts to attack the Muffin a few times, fails catastrophically and possibly harming himself in the process, and says "Screw it" like any hormone filled teenage boy and just yeet the sucker out of there.

Since the Probability Manip. specifies attempts to kill, yeeting someone away with no intent on actually "killing" them should be fine.

He is an average muffin to my understanding. Just made of muffin mix, eggs, and such. And sadly doesn't scale to ASDF characters. Can Goku fly? cause Goku would probably have to drop him into space.

Also. If Goku didn't intend on killing the muffin. Muffin may not go along with it.

He can't fly. The closest he can get Mr. Muffin to the sky without throwing him is carrying him there as an Oozaru.

... Sort of? He sorts of leaps up into the air against Piccolo and just... keeps going up. The effects are terrible so we're not sure if it's flight or if it's just... a weird long-jump.

Muffin doesn't have a choice. He's Low 10-C and Goku's Low 6-B. No amount of resistance is gonna stop Goku from yeeting him.
